Everything your firm needs to deliver advisory services
Fair Market Value uses income-based and market-based approaches, applying multiples derived from private company transaction data and public company comparables. The platform adjusts for company size, industry, growth rate, and profitability. For Professional Valuations, our CFA-credentialed expert applies additional judgment and documents the analysis in accordance with IRS Revenue Ruling 59-60.
Real-time valuations update automatically as financial data syncs and are useful for advisory conversations, benchmarking, and tracking value over time. A Professional Valuation ($2,500) is a formal engagement conducted by our valuation expert, resulting in a signed report suitable for transactions, estate planning, gift tax filings, or other situations requiring documented support.
Each entity is set up as a separate client with its own financials and valuation. For clients with multiple related entities, you can track each individually. If a client needs a consolidated valuation across entities or has complex ownership structures, our Professional Valuation engagement can address those scenarios with appropriate adjustments.
Yes. You can export PDF reports directly from the platform or reference Fair Market Value data in your own presentations and advisory materials. Many firms incorporate valuation ranges and benchmarking metrics into their client review meetings and planning documents.
